Another Call from Peter, Photos From Camp

This afternoon, Peter called again. Communication from base camp is still tough, but he climbed to a nearby ridge and was able to get the call to go through. It was a fairly poor connection with a lot of "can you hear me?", "I can hear you!", "I can't hear you, are you there?"

He's doing well.

When the call kept getting dropped, I suggested that we just go back to messaging because that seemed to work best.

He said his fingers would freeze if he did that!

Today (Tuesday for them already) they are doing more ice climbing practice at the edge of Base Camp.
