Mother's Day Totally Rocks
Mother's Day was so wonderful. After a bit of early morning family snuggling, Soren and Peter made me breakfast in bed complete with fresh garden flowers. Soren carried most of the breakfast down to me...one item at a time. I'd hear him coming down the stairs calling "here comes your tea, sweet mom."
It was a special and lovely morning. It did end with a certain 4-year old with a head full of syrup though. But that happened only because he was so excited to keep hugging me that he ended up with his head on my plate!
Soren painted me a lovely fan at preschool which of course he insisted on using to fan me in case I was too hot while eating my breakfast.
