An example of why it is so hard to identify people! The white bag shown here is an ultra-light moutaineering bag. Peter has one, and it looks like so many people up there have it too. Same with the boots, La Sportiva high altitude mountaineering boots. Peter has those...and so do many others on his team. Same with the leather mountaineering gloves for use on ropes. And a nondescript down puffy...Peter has many puffies with him, in many colors. Hats too. For me, the one clue that tells me that this is NOT Peter, is the Garmin InReach GPS tracker attached to the bag. But, maybe that could be Peter's solar power bank! If I had to bet, I'd say this is
not Peter. I imagine it will only get harder to identify people when they're wearing oxygen masks and all have the same Mountain Hardwear down suits!
