In fact when we went to the pet store Soren went right up to the lady and said.

"Excuse me. I'm looking for a, a...Mom, what am I looking for?"

"A Beta," I answered.

"Right, a Beta. I'm looking for a Beta. Not a greedy Salmon."

    A word of advice.....

    Do NOT let them talk you into getting frogs as companions for these fish. The frogs are killers. You would think it was the other way around......but we have lost 3 fish to our frogs.

    Beware....... :)

    I had one of these fish. It lived almost 4 years.
