Summit Day: Eric has passed The Balcony

Eric is making great progress on his summit attempt right now. He's made it to the Balcony at about 27,500 ft, which if you watched the video I shared yesterday, you'll know is a great place for a sit-down rest.

Here's what is ahead with ballpark time estimates: 

• South Summit, 28500'. 3 to 5 hours from the Balcony
• Hillary Step, 28,839'. 1 hour from the South Summit
• Summit. 1 hour from the Hillary Step
