Guess What Came in *Our* Mailbox Yesterday?
Well, isn't this about the most exciting label you've ever seen in a mailbox?
Yet another excuse to haul out those child-size scissors.
Checking out the teeny, tiny little caterpillers that are in the package.
Look for an update in 7-10 days on the next stage in the process!
Thanks, Grandpa and Grandma!

He has the most precious inquisitive little looks...How exciting for him. Can't wait to see how the progress goes!
ReplyDeleteThat may just be the most exciting package ever...I mean real live butterflies...super exciting. Can't wait to hear how it goes. We're currently working on growing some sea monkeys we got at the OMSI gift shop last week. We'll see how that goes!!
ReplyDeleteAs far as the exposure compensation thing goes...I didn't use it on the photo of my sis and Jimmy...but I needed to. I rarely remember to think about that when I'm out and about taking shots. I think that's one difference between Canon and Nikon...I think it's a lot easier to use that feature on a Canon. I still have trouble figuring it out on my camera. I should redo that lesson now that I have my "fancier" camera because it actually shows the little grid in my viewfinder (didn't on my old camera)...I think it's a one step process now for me now...so I should revisit that for sure. Thanks for reminding me.
Can't wait to hear more about your photograpy adventures. This is so fun!!
Butterflies. That is fantastic. Ok the box in the first picture looked absolutely huge. Then in the next with him cutting ever so gently it was so little. I cannot wait to see how this goes. I think it is the most imaginative gift I have ever seen. :D
