Stinky toot!

We have finally closed on the 4-plex investment property! We've been earmarking this investment for Soren's college fund, so that feels pretty good to get in line. Soren came with us to the title company. Clearly they've dealt with kids before because they had an assortment of toys for him to play with while we were signing. He was coloring up at the conference table with us. The title lady started handing us papers and Soren looked at her and said "helpful lady", which she thought was so sweet. We continued to sign the documents and he colored quietly, then he looked up and announced "STINKY TOOT!" And sure enough, wouldn't you know it, that kid had produce a fart stinky enough to clear the room!
