Skiing in Austria
Last weekend was our annual company ski trip. This year it was to Austria. Since most of my colleagues are from around Europe, this is practically a local trip for them. The three Americans, however, are dragging on the floor for a good portion of the weekend. And just when we start to recover from the jet lag...it is time to come home!
But it is so worth it. So much fun. We stayed in Krimml, a tiny little village.
While we were there it snowed almost 18 inches one night, making for lots of lovely fresh powder everywhere.
Isn't this cool? It appeared to be some sort of a tall fountain or pipe that they'd use to create this cool ice structure.
We skiied for two days.
Everyone from my company wore matching Superman t-shirts!
So we were pretty easy to pick out from the rest of the crowds!

What a stinkin' blast!!!
ReplyDeleteAmy - that looks so incredible! As someone who loves the mountains, the snow, and snowboarding, I must say, you had some of the finest! What a blast. Now, if I could just talk Neal's firm into having a retreat in Austria. . .
ReplyDeleteMakes me wish I was a skier...
