Thank you for Thomas

I know I've told some of you about how Soren loves to pray. Our routine is that we'll all hold hands, close our eyes and start saying things we're thankful for. It usually goes something like this:

"Thank you for Thomas (the train), thank you for Gordon (Thomas' friend), thank you for Toby (another character in the story), thank you for Chop Chop (Auntie Phaedra's dog)..." maybe a "thank you for dada and/or mama," then "Amen."

Well, lately it seems that while we are eating he always remember some huge oversight he made in his prayer. He has to stop everything, get us all to join hands and close our eyes again so that he can finish the prayer. Today he did it at lunch, all to say "thank you for tires."

Heaven helps us if he ever wins an Oscar, because he'll be back on stage 6 times after he's already made his acceptance speech!
